June 18 - Coors Field, Denver, Colorado

Stanley went with Uncle Erin and friends to beautiful Denver, Colorado on Friday, June 18 to watch a Rockies baseball game. The Rockies played the Brewers and won the game 2-0. Stanley was really excited that he got to witness a suicide squeeze play that helped the Rockies win. He was tired after the game, but it was a great evening in Denver.

June 16 - Stanley Visits Windsor Lake

On Wednesday, June 16 Uncle Erin and his family took Stanley to Windsor Lake in Windsor, Colorado. Stanley enjoyed the scenic views, the crisp morning air, and the birds who call Windsor Lake home. Stanley hiked around the lake (2+ miles) and played on the playground with Kiley and Cara.

June 12 - Stanley's First Adventure: Severance, Colorado

On Tuesday, June 8 Sam packed Flat Stanley in an envelope and mailed him to his uncle Erin who lives in Severance, CO. Stanley arrived on Saturday, June 12. The first few adventures were pretty ordinary. Stanley hung out at Uncle Erin's and played with his two girls, Cara and Kiley. He read books with Kiley and ate breakfast with Cara and Uncle Erin.

Who is Flat Stanley?

While Sam's Flat Stanley originated in Wellsville, NY in June of 2010, Flat Stanleys have been traveling around for years. Here's a little background on Flat Stanley:
